Partnering with a professional coach can help when you want to take advantage of an opportunity or challenge, feel “stuck” on the path to achieving your goals, or simply believe there’s something more to discover in your personal or professional life.

One-on-one coaching session to discover how to gain insight for personal growth through affirmation/oracle cards.

You will learn how to select your deck, clear its energy and connect with it, and how to use your new deck to pull cards for self-reflection and personal growth.

Mindfulness is a state of keeping one’s focus on the present moment.  We guide clients to incorporate mindfulness into their daily lives with a focus on practicing self-compassion, boundary setting, and perspective shifts to release past regrets and future worries.  

Goals include gaining an awareness of our present thoughts, emotions, physical state and current environment while remaining calm and loving to ourselves and others as appropriate. 

$60/hour

 At Bright Futures Wellness Center, we coach high school and college students to help them find their path and begin their journey into adulthood. We focus on study skills, college and course choices, and work/school balance. 

Goals include helping clients advocate for themselves, find and listen to their inner voice, and make positive life choices.  

$50/hour 

Lisa Sciotti is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She has been a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) since 2018. Prior to becoming a CPC, Lisa was a computer programmer in the automotive industry, and later began work as a long-term substitute teacher. She has a BA in Mathematics and minored in Communications. Lisa has also completed the Hands-On Parent Education (HOPE) Center behavioral treatment program for children with autism through Beaumont Hospital, and continued training with Beaumont’s Children with Autism Reaching Excellence (CARE) behavioral treatment program. She has been using affirmation/oracle cards as a method to support coaching clients since 2019. Coach Lisa is ethically bound by the ICF Code of Ethics to keep details of coaching sessions confidential between Client and Coach only.
