The REIKI ROOM

Reiki Therapy is a practice of guiding energy to promote healing and release tension throughout the body. Reiki practitioners use gentle touch to guide energy through the body to improve the energetic balance and support healing. The flow of Reiki energy promotes relaxation, eases stress and tension, and connects people with their own healing energy. Reiki is currently used in hospitals and hospices as a complement to other forms of healthcare.

Reiki is non-denominational - it is meant to support whatever religious beliefs you bring with you into the session. 

Reiki Lisa is a Double Reiki Master Teacher in Usui and Karuna with direct in-person lineage through nine Reiki Masters from Mikao Usui. She has been practicing Reiki since January 2020 and has been teaching Reiki since 2023.

Her goal is to make Reiki more widely understood and accessible. Lisa uses her gifts to help others achieve calm, gentle healing and to empower others to continue practicing relaxation techniques in everyday situations.

Reiki energy work combined with Crystal Sound Bowl Healing to raise the vibrations of your seven Chakras. 

Seven card pulls to gain insight and provide guidance to support each of the seven Chakras (one card per Chakra), followed by 30 minutes of Reiki energy work.

One-On-One Yoga for Relaxation including gentle warm-up, held poses, and breath work followed by 30 minutes of Reiki energy work. 

Host a Reiki Party in your home and invite up to seven of your friends for a relaxing day/evening event.  Each guest will receive a private 20 or 30 minute Reiki session. Host provides a quiet, private room for setup. We will provide the massage table with weight capacity 750 lbs. Alcohol may be served during the party, but we will NOT perform Reiki on anyone that is intoxicated.

20 minutes - 35 per person

30 minutes - 50 per person
