YOGA FOR RELAXATION

One-On-One Yoga for Relaxation
Yoga for Relaxation is a calming, centering experience with light meditation, held poses, gentle stretches and breathwork.
Our personalized One-On-One sessions encourage gentle mindfulness and are suitable for all experience levels.

$25 per session - by appointment only


NEW!! Adult-and-Child Yoga for Relaxation

Private Yoga for Relaxation class for a parent/caregiver and one child. Class will have the same format as our One-On-One Yoga for Relaxation with both the adult and child participating in the class.  

$30 per session - by appointment only 

Sessions run approximately 45 minutes - please wear comfortable clothing

YOGA/REIKI PACKAGES

One-On-One Yoga for Relaxation/Reiki Energy Work

15 minutes of One-On-One Yoga for Relaxation including gentle warm-up, held poses, and breath work followed by 30 minutes of Reiki energy work.


$65 per session - by appointment only.

Helpful Information About Yoga

To have the BEST Yoga experience:

  • Yoga classes start promptly. Please arrive early to check in and get comfortably situated.
  • You are welcome to bring your own mat, blocks and blanket or you can borrow ours. We clean/sanitize them after every class.
  • All cell phones should be SILENT or OFF. Yoga class is our chance to be completely calm, present and listening to our bodies. Cell phones are very disruptive to the instructor and to other students.
  • Wear comfortable loose-fitting clothing. No shoes on the yoga floor - there is space inside the studio to store shoes during class.
  • Practice on a ‘light’ stomach. It’s best to refrain from eating for 2 hours before yoga class.
  • Our yoga classes are taught with a ‘hands-off’ approach. Teachers will NOT touch students to make corrections. They will offer verbal instructions and reminders to help students achieve correct form and posture.
  • LISTEN TO YOUR BODY!! Everyone’s practice and ability is different and can change on a daily basis. Please listen to the signals your body gives you. Take breaks when you need them. If a pose is not working, please make adjustments. Our instructors are here to help you find appropriate variations for your best yoga experience.
